    Outside of site searches linked to course filtering (on the programs and degrees page), one ofthe most searched terms is ‘blackboard’ – a link could be placed directly on the main site for aquicker user experience.

    Next to the United States, India is the most frequent visitor geographic location. Noting this,instead of relying on a Google translate option for site content, language specific content couldbe manually curated for that region.
